LAST UPDATE : 27 Sep 2025This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditionsGENERAL- Art will be done in my style
- Tell me clearly what you need and give me references to what you want
- I will not take a commission if it is beyond my comfort zone
- I can share a commission on my social media
- While working on your commissions, I may doodle or work on other projects, but it will not affect your commission delivery deadline
- You cannot bring my unfinished commission to be commissioned by other artists
- We reserve the right to cancel commissions on misconduct or violation of the Terms of ServicePAYMENTS
- Your commission will be added to the queue after successful payment verification
- Successful payment must be made within 7 days of phase commencement for payment in phases
- Failure to do so will result in your commission being moved down the commission queueREFUNDS
- There is no refund policy if the commission has already started
- In the event that I am unable to deliver the art commission due to accident/injury or other relevant scenarios, the commission will be canceled, and the full price will be refundedCOMMERCIAL RIGHTS
- No commercial rights options for a sketch commission
- Other than sketch commission, commissioned art is available to be licensed for commercial use, but we reserve the ownership rights of commissioned art.
- Commercial means any monetized work, but not exclusive to making merchandise or a product with our work in it
- But to make merchandise or products with the work included, the work will be charged 100% upfront on the proposal step

- No revision options for a sketch commission
- For a sketch commissionI will not redraw a new sketch due to misunderstandings, so please provide a clear and detailed brief to avoid any issues
- Other than sketch commission, each art commission is only allowed a maximum of 3 revisions, 1 point each
- The price will be cheaper if it is a skeb-style or surprises me, but no revisions are allowed, and you will only see the art when it is completed
- Please communicate what you want clearly upfront. Revision is not a redraw. I will not fix it if there are more than 3 revisionsDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- We will start the work after it reachs your queue, and you will get notify from us.
- After we confirm the queue it may takes up to 2 months to finish the piece.
- You will get a sketch in 14 business days (not including weekends, but I may do) after the first payment, barring unforeseen circumstances, which I will let you know beforehand.
- I will send art progress to you periodically for checking/verification
- Please provide a name for me to place as a watermark on the artUSE
- You can share any part of the art (sketch/final) on social media with credit to my social media handle (twitter: @Ilias1614)COMMUNICATION
- I am available on weekdays except on Thailand and Japan public holidays. My availability/commission status will also be displayed on my socials
- Normally, I will respond in 14 business days (not including weekends)
